It has three valves each one with hose going to what appears to be the exhaust. I just removed it and it’s really nasty and it had water in it. The vehicle is an 86 Mazda b2000. It does currently have a blown head gasket. I removed the thing from the air cleaner and it looks like it needs a gasket. Can I clean this thing in the sink? Lol it’s really nasty.
What is this thing attached to my air cleaner?

It sounds like part of the vacuum or ppv valve. I dunno, clean it. put your finger over it first with the engine running and see if there is suction.
